On May 1st, 2013, I got to attend the World’s Largest Bake sale hosted by Sandra Lee and Kmart. While I currently don’t eat sweets, I wanted to come out and support any movement that is committed to making sure kids don’t go hungry. The organization that will benefit from the bake sale and the online sharing will be the Food Bank of New York City and their No Kid Hungry campaign. Everyone who attended from Ty Pennington to Mario Batali expressed an authentic dedication to making sure kids have access to quality food. The temptation there was real.

In this picture, the decoration for the table was a hand crafted artistic piece of dark chocolate that they let you break off to taste…. I did not resist temptation and tasted. It was yummmmy and that is an understatement.

Through May 31st, every Facebook and Twitter share from, as well as Sandra Lee recipe cards shares, facilitate a $1.00 donation from Kmart, up to $10,000.
