1 pound green beans, end stems snapped off
1/2 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp coconut oil
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic granules
1 garlic clove
1/4+ cup water
salt to taste, pepper optional
1. In large skillet, heat up coconut oil on medium. Add green beans and stir. Let cooked for 3 minutes.
2. Add water and cover pot. Cook for 3 more minutes. Remove cover and cook until water has evaporated completely.
3. Add olive oil, shiitake mushroom, paprika, garlics and salt to taste. Stir until beans are coated in the mixture, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes or until beans are lightly browned.
